We’re looking for an IT Service Manager to join us at Oncopeptides at our headquarters in central Stockholm. Oncopeptides is a global, Swedish-based pharmaceutical company specializing in cancer therapy, focused on the development of difficult-to-treat hematological diseases. Oncopeptide’s main headquarters are located in Stockholm with US headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, and offices in Mountain View, California. As the IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the internal Service Team based in Stockholm and in USA. You will also be managing our outsourced suppliers as part of our overall service management process, which includes being responsible for the basic ITIL operations processes. This means acting as the Incident- and Problem Manager with as purpose to close out critical issues affecting the business.
- Carry out process and data audits to identify automation opportunities
- Review and identify opportunities for end-user training
- Be responsible for the follow-up of the SLAs and OLAs (Internal / External)
- Review and drive the digital transformation work
- Update and own all work process documentation
- Create and maintain a strong and good team culture
For the role as IT Service Manager we require that you have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leading position within IT Service Delivery with line manager experience. You have also worked with Service and Supplier Management. You should have a solid understanding of IT Infrastructure and how this supports a global business. We require a BSc or equivalent education/work experience, fluent written and verbal Swedish and English, with relevant certifications or work experience from ITIL, organizational change, Microsoft etc.
To be successful in the role as IT Service Manager, you must have strong interpersonal skills and be a confident leader. You’re good at getting teams together and act as a culture carrier at Oncopeptides. You take a pragmatic and competence sharing approach to your work assignments.
