IT Workplace support

We’re now recruiting an IT Workplace Support person to join us at Oncopeptides in central Stockholm. Oncopeptides is a global, Swedish-based pharmaceutical company specializing in cancer therapy, focused on the development of difficult-to-treat hematological diseases. Oncopeptide’s main headquarters are located in Stockholm with US headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, and offices in Mountain View, California. The company is listed in the Mid Cap segment on Nasdaq Stockholm with the ticker symbol ONCO.


The role as Workplace Support is broad and responsibilities vary from day-to-day. Your main tasks will be to act as 2nd line support and as part of the IT Service team participate in the development of existing and new services within the Microsoft and general infrastructure areas. You will also execute various training sessions for the users at Oncopeptides, as well as driving continuous learning via our internal communication channels. All IT operations work is ITIL based.

Other tasks:

  • Installation of PC. Mobiles and other infrastructure
  • Microsoft Intune, MDM, MAM
  • Identifying problems and support the Problem Management process
  • Documentation
  • Creating educational materials
  • Participating in different projects that are relevant to the expansion that Oncopeptides is facing


You must be able to prioritize your own work and manage several assignments at once. We ask that you have 5 years’ experience of working with 2nd and 3RD line support within Microsoft and have a good understanding of ITIL. As Workplace Support you must be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.

In addition, we ask that you have experience with:

  • Hardware, such as computers, mobiles, Ipads etc.
  • Intune (SCCM)
  • Azure AD and Microsoft O365
  • Conference equipment
  • Networks

We are looking for someone with good social skills and the ability to communicate clearly with people at all levels within the company. You enjoy educating the business side on how they can use IT in their daily work to be more efficient. Furthermore, it’s important that you’re responsible, solution-oriented and have a strong client focus.
